Step 1: Choose a Realtor
Having decided to sell your home, the first step in the process
is to select the Realtor® with whom you will be comfortable
working with to get the job done. During our first meeting,
I will listen to your requirements, share my marketing strategy
and walk you through the selling process.

Make Your Home Shine
Keep It Clean
A faded interior usually reduces the appeal. Consider
cleaning or painting if necessary.
Brighter Is Better
Let the sunshine in! Open drapes, clean windows
and turn on lights.
Create Curb Appeal
Keep front landscape neat to make a good first
impression.
Kitchens and Baths
Make them sparkle! Keep counters clear and repair
any leaking faucets and caulking.
Space is Important
Show off your closet and storage areas by keeping
them well organized.
Attend to the Details
Little things mean a lot. Fix minor flaws such
as sticky or squeaking doors and loose knobs. |

Step 2: Prepare your home for sale
We will discuss how to best prepare your home for sale.
This includes which reports to order, disclosure items, as
well as the cost effectiveness of repairs and staging when
applicable.
Step 3: Price your home
In order to establish a strategic list price we must pay
careful attention to factors such as the home evaluation (or
comparative market analysis - an analysis of competing
homes currently on the market and recently sold), your time
frame and personal requirements as well as local market conditions.
Step 4: Market your home
My aggressive marketing techniques combine traditional and
new media channels to ensure that information about your home
reaches the widest possible pool of potential buyers. My marketing
strategy will be tailored to your property and to your requirements.
Step 5: Sell your home
After an offer is received I will assist you in evaluating
your options and negotiating with the buyer.
Step 6: Close escrow
Once a contract is signed by all parties, I will manage the
escrow process. During this time, it is important to maintain
communication, monitor all paperwork and make sure contingencies
are removed according to the contract.
